Can I start on Shared Cloud and move to Dedicated later?
Yes. The deployment model is designed so organizations can start shared and move to stronger isolation as their requirements grow.
Do I have to rebuild my planning process?
No. PlanCascade is designed to work with the planning structure, horizons and KPI names your organization already uses.
What happens when I reach my capacity?
You can archive inactive plans, add capacity or move to a higher deployment tier. Existing plans are not deleted simply because you reach an included capacity limit.
Does every plan include the same PlanCascade planning capabilities?
The core PlanCascade planning experience is available across plans. Pricing primarily changes with users, capacity, deployment, infrastructure and enterprise requirements.
Can we run PlanCascade in our own environment?
Customer Hosted is planned for organizations that require PlanCascade to run in infrastructure they control. Talk to us about your requirements and timeline.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Enterprise agreements can include negotiated pricing for larger user populations, multiple sites and business units.
